Although Titleist is committed to satisfying golfers with golf products of superior performance and quality, there is a chance a warranty claim may arise.
Acushnet Company warrants its Titleist products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Should your Titleist product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, we will at our option, repair it or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge. To obtain the benefits of this warranty, please contact your local golf shop to set up a Return Authorization. If you need assistance locating a shop in your area, please visit the Titleist Golf Shop Locator. Enclose the original receipt along with an explanation of the defect in writing. We ask that all parts of the product be returned to the repair department and that the product remain in original factory condition. Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be reviewed at our sole discretion. Acushnet Company reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty applications. All products returned for warranty claims become the property of Acushnet Company.
Acushnet Company will not be liable for any consequential or other damages arising from the use of this product or any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond the company’s control. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The Titleist golf club repair department performs general club repairs such as reshafting, loft and lie adjustments and regripping. If you would like to have Titleist repair or modify your club, please visit your local Titleist dealer. They can discuss pricing and return the club to Titleist on your behalf. Some golf club repairs performed by a third party may affect the integrity of the club and render it unserviceable by Titleist.
Tour-issued products are not for resale and, therefore, not covered under any warranty.
Titleist does not offer refinishing services for metals, irons, or wedges. While there are many reputable refinishing operations around the world, we do not have the ability to monitor the ongoing output quality of every facility. Therefore, we can neither recommend any specific operation nor guarantee/warranty its work.
Some newer putter models can be refinished by Titleist. Our service can only return the putter to its original condition; no custom options are available with this service. To have this refinishing service performed on your Scotty Cameron putter, please take your putter to your local Titleist dealer. They can discuss pricing and return the putter to Titleist on your behalf. If you need assistance locating a shop in your area, please visit the Titleist Golf Shop Locator.
The Scotty Cameron Putter Studio offers putter restoration and customization for most models. These services can be ordered directly through the Scotty Cameron Custom Shop without the involvement of your local dealer. For more information regarding pricing and options, please visit ScottyCameron.com.
Titleist drivers, woods, hybrids, irons and wedges can be cleaned with mild soap and water and then dried with a soft cotton cloth. We recommend your golf clubs and headcover be completely dry before storage. Storing golf clubs in wet headcovers can lead to rust and corrosion and may not be covered by the warranty.
The unique feel of certain Scotty Cameron by Titleist putter models results from the use of milled carbon steel heads. This material is susceptible to oxidation and rusting if left damp. To preserve the natural finish of these putter models, you are urged to follow a few simple guidelines:
• Always dry your putter at the end of the day. We also suggest drying the putter a few times during the round.
• Always use a dry headcover.
• Never leave your putter in damp or cold atmospheres.
The Gun Blue, Oil Can and Teryllium series putters are most susceptible to oxidation so please follow these guidelines carefully. The Pro Platinum finish is more durable due to the plating between the soft carbon steel and the elements, but care should be taken to avoid dings that can rust.
Check with your local dealer first to see if we still manufacture the model in question. If the model is no longer available, we recommend checking with Titleist Certified or GlobalGolf to find older product or single irons.
