When Will My Order Ship?

Golf Balls 

  • Orders of stock golf balls will ship within 5 business days.
  • Orders of custom golf balls will ship within 8 business days.*
    *This includes orders with personalization text and/or logos or marks from our Titleist logo library.
  • Orders of custom logo upload golf balls will ship within 8 business days.*
    *This quoted lead time is from the date of artwork approval.
  • Orders of RCT golf balls will ship within 5 business days.

Golf Clubs

  • Orders of drivers, fairways, and hybrids will ship within 2 weeks.*
  • Orders of irons and utility irons will ship within 2 weeks.*
  • Orders of wedges will ship within 2 weeks.*
  • Orders of putters will ship within 2 weeks.*
  • Orders of limited-release putters will ship within 1-2 weeks.

Returns Policy

Golf Balls
If you would like to submit a return for your Titleist.com golf balls, start a return using our self-service returns portal. Please note that we only allow returns for special edition golf balls or stock golf balls. Personalized and/or customized golf balls are not eligible for return. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. Only items eligible for return must be Only items in NEW and UNUSED condition are eligible for return. All return requests must be accompanied by the returns packing slip provided to you during the returns process.

All sales of personalized or custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a personalized or customized product online and you would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects, or damage caused during shipping of the product, please contact our Customer Service team.

All returned items will be inspected for return eligibility in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified via email once Titleist has processed the return. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund within 30 days of Titleist’s receipt of the returned product(s). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Golf Clubs
If you would like to discuss returning your Titleist.com purchase of Titleist golf clubs, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt of your package. Titleist will not accept returns of custom spec clubs or stamped wedges. All items eligible for return must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.

All returned items will be inspected for return eligibility in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified via email once Titleist has processed the return. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund within 30 days of Titleist’s receipt of the returned product(s). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Scotty Cameron Limited Release Products
Titleist will only accept returns of Scotty Cameron Limited Release Products if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order upon receipt. For inquiries about returning defective Scotty Cameron Limited Release Products, please contact customersupport@scottycameron.com.

Notwithstanding any provision above, Acushnet Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, abuses of this Return Policy with respect to any and all products subject to the Policy, and to deny returns accordingly.

Repairs Policy

The Titleist golf club repair department performs general club repair such as reshafting, loft and lie adjustments, and regripping. If your Titleist Brand clubs have repair or warranty needs, please contact our customer service team at (800) 333-4200 to discuss options available to you. At Titleist Golf, we stand by the quality of our products and will discuss all available options with you.

Some golf club repairs performed by a third party may affect the integrity of the club and render it unserviceable by Titleist.
